She is also passionate about children feeling connected to nature and being equipped with the skills to live sustainably.

Nursery ManagerJessica has shaped Free Rangers into the learning environment it is today. With us since day 1, she has always advocated for children and represents the voice of the child in all strategic meetings. Jessica is passionate about removing barriers to learning and her work on inclusion continues to make education work for children and not the other way around.

Head of AdmissionsTanya is the administrator that every nursery needs, she oversees the onboarding and booking patterns of each family and this whole process runs smoothly thanks to her incredible attention to detail.

Head of AccountsLaura has incredible experience working for huge global companies and now we have her all to ourselves. Laura works hard to help families make sense of the complicated governmental funding structures.

Senco and Inclusion Support LeadWe are incredibly lucky to have Michelle's experience working with children with need on the team. Michelle works mainly across the pre-school groups.

Ed is the Forest School Lead on site and when the apocalypse comes we'll be in safe hands with his den building capabilities, fire lighting skills and expert tool knowledge. He has a warm and cuddly side too and understands the value of emotion coaching young children.

Andrea is one of the Slow Worm Deputy Room Leaders. She also oversees the growing in the garden.

Charlotte is the Fox Group's Leader. Charlotte's natural intuition when it comes to what children need is second to none.
