Homemade humus and tomato and basil sauce dips
Lunch
Logs of baa, organic lamb mince, spinach, mint, onion, egg
Or
Vegan Logs of green, spinach, onion, millet, arrow root v
Served with
Steamed new potatoes, broccoli, carrots and peas
mint or pepper and tomato sauce
Pudding
Apple crunch with strawberry yogurt or strawberry rice cream v
Iced peppermint or fennel tea
Afternoon snack
Super star energy bars, linseeds, sesame seeds, raisins, dates, almonds & honey formed to make star shapes
Tea
Variety of homemade spreads; almond and coconut, carrot and beet, sage and onion
Organic sour dough bread or sprouted rye bread fingers
Garnished with mixed salad leaves and edible flowers
Ginger and carrot cookies (wheat free)
Cool chamomile or lavender & honey tea
Where possible food choices will be mashed or pureed for our younger diners.
If not appropriate a suitable, home cooked option will be made available.
All our recipes do not contain refined sugar, artificial sweeteners or flavourings.
All meals are made using traditional methods for digestibility and we aim to cater for a variety of special diets including, vegan, vegetarian, and food intolerances.
Our aim is shop local, organic, fair-trade, egalitarian co-operatives and source from our own produce for all ingredients.
